The Meeker Park Lodge

Spiders all over cabins,cobweb in shower, no heat in two out of three cabins, employee crawled through unlockable window to get our keys and free door that was stuck.

La situation et le calme. C'était surtout ça que je recherchais Le logement atypique ! on était à 2700m dans un logement style chalet-refuge.

Mais la literie peu confortable. Pas assez de couverts assiettes pour un chalet de 8!! Ou même 6. Pas de connexion 4G et wifi uniquement à l'accueil de l'autre côté de la route. Chalet pas du tout isolé et la nuit a été très fraîche, nous avons eu froid. Le chalet était vétuste mais propre.

Great bedding lovely building

I would encourage more people to go here. So that downstairs could be opened later. The surrounding area is amazing and could do with some investment.

There was no phone service at all at cabin location

I tried to communicate with staff upon arrival to try to explain that my job requires me to have 24 hour phone service they answer me to tell me lodge had phone service which was about 1/2 a mile form my cabin which did not do me any good. I asked if they would work with me to at least refund me half since we did not use cabin and they didn’t even respond to me

Bien pour aller faire de la randonnée dans les Rockies. Le bâtiment est vraiment très jolie.

Très mal insonorisé. Nous osions à peine prendre une douche le soir de peine de réveiller tous les locataires.

The 1922 built lodge is rustic as expected, but we'll maintained, and tastefully decorated. The view and the quiet at night with mountain air is super. During the day the street traffic can be noisy. But great jumping off point for outdoor activities or Rocky Mtn Natl Park. Easy drive from Boulder via Lyons. Will definitely go back. With general store, coin-op laundry and showers a great tip for bikers, campers or long distance hikers.
