The Undercroft - central Leamington

El apartamento está muy completo, su decoración y mobiliario es moderna y de calidad. La tv es de pantalla grande y la cocina está muy bien equipada.la ubicación es muy buena a 5 min del centro, en una zona tranquila y cerca de un parque precioso. Seguro que nos hospedarnos la próxima vez. Los anfitriones muy pendientes por si nos faltaba algo y muy cordiales. Nos quedamos muy contentos. Recomendable total

Da ich sehr viel reise, kenne ich inzwischen die unterschiedlichsten Locations von unterirdisch bis top. Diese Unterkunft ist eindeutig top mit Ausrufungszeichen! Wenn ich jetzt hier aber Lobeshymnen schreibe, ist das Undercroft dann womöglich dauernd ausgebucht und ich muß bei der nächsten Reise nach Leamington woanders wohnen. Das möchte ich auf keinen Fall!. Aber nun... Selten habe ich eine so blitzsaubere Wohnung gehabt. Sie ist funktionell, aber sehr charmant eingerichtet, das Bett ist bequem, das Sofa gemütlich, in der Küche entbehrt man nichts und trotz Souterrainlage ist es hell und ruhig. Schnell erreicht man das hübsche Zentrum mit den vielen Restaurants und Pubs, aber den Abendwein kann man auch gut "zuhause" trinken. Wenn man denn irgendwas finden will: das Bad ist vielleicht nicht für Übergewichtige geeignet... Vielen Dank, ich komme wieder (wenn`s frei ist ;-))

Immaculate and the attention to detail was outstanding.

We stayed in the apartment for three weeks and it was beautifully appointed with every conceivable appliance and full instructions on how to use each item.The whole apartment was absolutely spotless and was cleaned on a weekly basis with fresh bedding,towels and a general top-up of cleaning products and toiletries etc Rachel and Colin our hosts were excellent and nothing was too much trouble.It was situated in a very quiet location within easy reach of Victoria Park and close to restaurants and bars.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and welcoming on arrival with excellent guest information and nice touches like tea, coffee, biscuits, milk, and water. The hosts Colin and Rachel were very friendly and always on hand to answer our questions and communication was prompt and very helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend The Undercroft as a place to stay with its location to town and surrounding areas of interest and would definitely return to stay here should we visit the area again in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful accommodation for our lovely break away.

Very convenient position,close to lovely park and town centre,and buses. Nothing else needed in apartment.
