The Undercroft - central Leamington

Perfect location, easy walking distance to everything I needed. My mother's Care Home, grocery stores, beautiful park, center of town. Very clean and well-laid out basement apartment. And I liked the espresso machine a lot. Highlight of my mornings :-)

Can't really find anything to complain about. Would have liked a better clothes dryer instead of the two-in-one washing machine, but completely understand.

Very quiet, no noise from above, road noise also minimal despite location very close to the Parade. Very well appointed, everything thought of, milk and water in the fridge and spare batteries. Very clean and tidy, kitchen very well equipped. Host there to greet us when we arrived and available to explain at any time. Overall, a really nice experience.

Bathroom a bit cool.

Spotlessly clean, all amenities you could wish for and more. Nicely decorated and all the small details had been thought of and covered. Parking was easy, very short walk to the town.

Spotlessly clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Free street parking on a quiet residential road, getting a space was easy. Colin & Rachel answered all our questions and checked on us in case we needed them for anything whilst there. Close to everything Leamington Spa has to offer and easy to get to the train station for further afield.

My wife and i stayed here for 4 weeks, and it was an entirely positive experience. The flat is a good size for a couple, well decorated/designed, and only a short walk to high street shops and city parks .The train station is only a 10-15 min walk away. The flat is clean, warm, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen area is very well equipped and stocked with plenty of utensils, cutlery, and crockery. All appliances, including washer/dryer and coffee maker, worked perfectly with manuals available. Communication with the owners was always helpful and positive.

Absolutely cosy appartment, well equipped, feels at home from a very first moment. Rachel and Colin thought about everything that you might need. Kitchen part well equipped. For one person ideal, for two close ones it would be very nice, for more NA ( one supercomfortable bed).Good wifi (could work in the mornings and enjoy the area for the rest of the day). Perfect area, in the heart of Leamington. Thank you!

Even if I tried to find sth I did not like - I cannot find anything. Even coffee was excellent:-)

Our stay at The Undercroft was absolutely exceptional! The location couldn’t be more perfect—right next to the beautiful Jephson Park, making it ideal for peaceful walks and easy access to everything in town. Colin and Rachel were outstanding hosts—so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend staying here!
