The Undercroft - central Leamington

Colin and Rachel were excellent hosts. From check in to departure, communication was excellent and they were quickly responsive to any questions. The flat was spotless and very well equipped and for us the location could not have been better.

This lovely flat is quiet and comfortable, warm and well equipped. Parking was always easy and the town and parks close by too. And the owners were friendly! What more could you ask for? We have to return to Leamington soon and will try to stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at The Undercroft in Central Leamington. This charming property's location was perfect - just a short walk into the town with its' bars and shops and the beautiful Jephson Gardens were equally, a very short walk away. Our hosts met us on arrival, even though we could have let ourselves in, and it was great to chat to them about the apartment and the location, too. Nothing was too much trouble for them as they showed us around the apartment and answered our questions. The Undercroft is finished to an exceptionally high standard and the facilities are excellent - my husband loved the high tech coffee machine and I loved the well fitted kitchen, with everything on hand to cook a meal, just like I could at home. The spotless décor in The Undercroft is modern, neutral and cosy, with loads of carefully thought out touches and clever lighting and blinds. The bed was superb, meaning we both slept soundly in this thoughtfully designed space. The Undercroft is part of a beautiful building in a prestigious part of the town and just ideal for exploring all that is on the doorstep.

I loved the fact that the apartment was super fresh & clean. All the facilities were provided whether in the kitchen, bedroom or the bathroom. Having extra plug points all around was so convenient too! Everything was so aesthetically designed which made it a pleasure to stay. The hosts were super friendly too :)

It was comfortable, clean and tidy. Only made breakfast and didn’t cook in the evening but kitchen had everything we needed. It was central and just a short walk to the places we ate in the evening. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was small but perfectly fine. On-street parking but we never had a problem parking pretty much in front of The Undercroft. We would definitely stay again.

It is a basement and so was just a bit dark. Not really a problem, just an observation.

A modern conversion which has created a light, airy basement appartment. Very comfy with a surprising amount of storage, a well fitted kitchen, washer dryer, and good TV coverage. Great location for Leamington facilities but really quiet. Owners are very supportive. Parking in the road was never a problem. Everything was clean and in good condition

Stairs down into the apartment, which is inevitable for a basement, so you need to be OK with stairs. Bathroom small but with a powerful hot shower and like the rest of the apartment really well fitted out.

I couldn't have asked for a better host than Rachel & Colin! They were very accommodating and provided me everything I need. As someone who is new to the country, they made sure I was well taken care of. They are a lovely couple and genuinely care for my well-being. They even took me out for drinks and introduced me to places around the area. I truly appreciate their effort and enjoy their company. The Undercroft was cosy, clean and very well managed. It has all the essentials I need. In addition to that, the location is so convenient and within walking distance to shops! No issues at all with this place. I would highly recommend this place. Great host, great place, great location! 5 stars!
