Останавливались в отеле Pole Pole и остались в полном восторге. Отдельная благодарность хозяину сафари — невероятно отзывчивый, доброжелательный и внимательный человек. С первого дня чувствуется искреннее гостеприимство и забота о гостях. Завтраки очень вкусные, свежие и сытные — отличный старт дня. Вечерний администратор заслуживает отдельного упоминания: всегда помогал, в том числе сопровождал в магазин за водой, что особенно приятно и ценно, когда ты в другой стране. Хозяин отеля организовал для нас потрясающую экскурсию в водный заповедник — всё было продумано, красиво и без суеты. Также помог с арендой транспорта, благодаря чему передвижение по Ватаму стало простым и комфортным. От себя добавлю: в Pole Pole чувствуется не формат «отеля», а ощущение, будто ты приехал в гости к хорошим друзьям. Спокойная атмосфера, безопасность, внимание к деталям и настоящее кенийское тепло.

I would like to report that we had a horrible and potentially dangerous experience at this hotel. After only two nights, we decided to leave the property and find alternative accommodation. Facts: 1. The hotel arranged our transfer from Malindi Airport with a private driver at a cost of €30. The hotel later told us that this person was the brother of the receptionist; however, the driver did not even know where the hotel was located, and we got lost. The journey took over one hour, whereas it normally takes 20–30 minutes. Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist started yelling at the driver and did not acknowledge the inconvenience or risk we had been exposed to, nor did he offer any apology. 2. The receptionist was extremely rude and unpleasant throughout our stay. 3. The room conditions were unacceptable. The room was dirty, and we found ants and cockroaches in the bedroom. The towels, which were supposed to be white, were yellowed and visibly dirty.

Me dijeron una habitación diferente a la que arrendé , y no me quisieron reubicar y tampoco reembolsar . Tenga mucho cuidado y lean con atención. , yo alquile una que decía con terraza y frente al jardín y me dieron una con vista a la recepción . El personal súper desatento y los dueños astutos porque cuando hice mi reclamo decía una escribieron a booking desligándose responsabilidades .

The location was awesome, 2 minutes or less walk to the beach. The bed were big enough to accommodate us with the kids. The facility is worth the value Thanks to Safari and Alice for the Awesome hosting

The area is not well facilitated with water, so 2 days we experienced water shortage

Well secluded and clean.

Distance to CBD is a bit long but accessible.
