Pole Pole Beach House

We had a wonderful short stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, the place was beautiful, and the beach was absolutely stunning. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

I liked the ambiance, hospitality and cleanliness of the place was really welcoming, my brother safari a very social man keep going higher!!

The place is neat and well maintained. Staff is friendly and available to help.

Its on the other end of town and not very convenient in terms of location. No hot water in the shower.

I liked the proximity to the beach

They did not provide drinking water, that is unacceptable to me, not even for brushing teeth. It’s also far from central Watamu

Although far from the center, the beach location was amazing. It’s pretty affordable and the place has books you can read. Nice cute place for a family. I’ll definitely sample it again with mine.

Room service left my room unattended on one day. The receptionist wasn’t too friendly. Scolded me on the first date for getting lost and duped me into paying for transport from the facility to the airport only to realize I was fueling his vehicle for his own escapades. He refunded me but after a lengthy exchange and me threatening to report him to the owner.

Pleasant experience, allowed us to fully disconnect from the world for the weekend. Very close to the beach, the place is kept immaculately clean, breakfast is good, staff are very friendly and helpful. Shower pressure is fantastic, but the hot water was not consistent. Google maps misled us a little the first time, as it incorrectly directed us to turn before passing the Twiga Beach Resort gate.

Not much. The road to the property is a little rough after "The One, Watamu Bay", but is manageable.

Pole Pole Beach House is literally a minute from the beach with easy access. The staff were delightful and very very helpful (even got me a motor bike to town whose rider was equally pleasant). I'd like to single out Safari, who was a most generous aimiable and helpful host. When I dropped my phone in his car on my way to the airport, he very kindly came back to bring it to me. I had a nice room with a balcony from where you could see the ocean. I had a really really lovely stay.
