Comfotable, clean, and cosy. With good bedding for the cooler highlands night. Young staff pleasant. Good value & despite the healthy hill climb is quite an easy access to town, lake & for walking about.

The steep hill walk..Ha. But hills for most accommodation hete.. it did provide breakfast too bit I left too early. There were no problems hete, & as a senior traveller (late 60s) Id stay again.

Stayed for one night. Good location close to the city center. The staff were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was huge and yummy

Everything Needs renovation Staff need better training Not asked in advance my breakfast preferences-rice curry lads of bread type products wasted as I don’t eat them … food waste was dreadful… I’m not Nescafé instant coffee. 🤬

Stuff was very kind trying to cover all areas when asked. Breakfast very rich .

The property is not situated in the town centre as described (20 minutes walking distance away)and Google does not show the same full name as advertising, making it difficult to find. The Room Dump a bad smell inside the room. The washroom needs a good cleaning, the toilet flow keeps running with loud noise after the receptionist fixed it and for a single use :((.

Staff was helpful and location is close to city center. Only recommended for a very short stay.

Run down wood covered rooms bringing chilliness and dampness inside the rooms, repetitive buffet.

Hotel is getting a bit old, for example my toilet was broken and kept on running water. Also very noisy from other guests, surroundings. Still one of the cheaper find

The place was quite calm and located in a peaceful environment. And specially the breakfast they served was so delicious.

There were a lady receptionist at the front table and she was not friendly at all. She had a attitude which is not suitable for a front table receptionist. Except her everything else was exceptional.
