The inn was great and we loved the hospitality of the staff.

The room alloted Initially was very small but later on they changed it.

Unfortunately there was not much we liked about the property other than the fact that the staff were pleasant and it was cheap. The breakfast was free but it wasn’t very nice …. Cold toast etc.

Our room was very damp and cold. There was a smell off the water. It was very difficult to find when arrived in the dark on our first night. It’s a bit out of the town and requires getting a tuk tuk or car. No opportunity for socialising

Great location in the center of Kandy. It is a great option for solo traveler.

Everything was great. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was great. They always looked after our comfort. Especially Shanaka and his team. They kept us warm and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. It was a big meal. Very good service. Nice environment. Their Tea coffee is very hot and tasty.Thank you for your service

Very nice personnel, making sure we were comfortable, calling to check the train times and arranging transport to the station for us.

Rooms are very basic and a bit noisy but okay considering the low room rate.

The location was OK.

As they say in real estate, a rennovator's dream. The place was generally clean and tidy but has obviously seen better days. Our room was small and pokey with no tea-making facilities or places to put one's luggage. For two people it was practically standing-room-only. The staff were courteous and friendly but not proactive with enquiring whether everything was OK. The bathroom was likewise pokey with a ridiculous electric shower that one could not stand under, or could regulate its water temperature. I would recommend that any traveller upon arrival should ask to inspect their booked room, *before* shelling out the cash.
