Really close to the main centre. Amazing breakfast.

Room was very small and the shower head isn’t properly attached to the holder so you have to hold it in your hand. But tbh these are very small complaints as the room was cheap and good value for money.

There were hot water, and they made us breakfast early in the morning to take with us to the hike.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience and have lost trust in this service. This was by far the worst booking decision we’ve ever made. On the morning of our reservation, they asked for our estimated arrival time, and we informed them it would be around 5-6 pm. However, they insisted that we arrive by 2 pm. We explained that it was impossible for us to arrive at that time and offered to confirm our arrival by paying full payment, but they refused and said they would call us back. As a result, we had to cancel our full-day plans and rush to the location by 2:30 pm, due to the uncertainty they caused. Upon arrival, they showed us a different apartment, claiming the one we had booked was no longer available because it had already been taken. How is that fair? To make matters worse, the alternative apartment they offered did not meet our requirements, and they refused to reduce the price. We’ve never had such a bad experience with Booking.com before. In the end, we were forced to quickly find another apartment in the evening. This experience was completely unacceptable.

They offer a pick up and drop service for the Nuna Oya railway station. When we arrived at the housing we were welcomed kindly with a cup of tea. The staff was extremly kind, our luggage was carried to our room. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and diverse. The waiter that served us the tea and brought our luggage to the room was extremly kind and took really good care of us. Also the hotel‘s driver is extremly friendly, nice and also funny, he is driving calm (unlike usual srilankan drivers) and it was just a pleasure to meet him and talk with him.

Unfortunately the pick up service didn‘t work out for us, as they somehow didn‘t get our messages and didn‘t answer the phone. They apologised for it and the drop at the trainstation worked fine.

The rooms are fine, not a luxury hotel... but the breakfast buffet is so good that i need to give 10! For this price it's a must pick hotel.
