Shared bathroom, and basic, but clean and friendly.

What breakfast?

not an ensuite bathroom but clean and good

Lady that checked us in was lovely, helpful where she could be. Room was plenty big enough and had its own access through the beer garden. Pub was nice also.

Overall not too clean. The TV provided had to be moved in order for us to use it, but then meant it wasn’t plugged into the satellite. WiFi wasn’t provided (there really could just be something in the room that tells you, the poor member of staff was rushed off her feet and forgot to tell us). Be warned there are 3 other rooms, and next to us was a family with small kids who let their children run around at 5am screaming. No one also told us how to check out, so we just left the key with the cleaner. It should clearly state that the bathroom is shared with 3/4 other rooms and same with the kitchen

I liked the very helpful guy (?owner) who answered the phone when I couldn’t find the parking for the pub. I also liked the very bubbly barmaid .

Building is tired Outdated Worn out Shabby Dusty Bed didn’t look like it had fresh bedding so I slept in my clothes ! Bed was inches from the floor ! Put ceiling light on in morning and saw used tissue by bed (not mine) !! I would say a typical ‘contractor’ place but I think even a hairy a****d contractor would complain about this place Sorry owner (s) you seriously need to refurbish this place ….urgently !

No hot water for 2 days even though I asked about it and was told it was fine. Mouldy windows. Dusty in places. Room smelt like a teenage boys room.

Easy access. Clean, comfortable

Shared kitchen - fridge full of out of date stuff. Not sure of tea/coffee location & usage etc. not massive fan of shared bathrooms.
