MOKSH by SEAOM Villas

Breakfast was good but not much variety for vegeterians but Kadek tried couple of different options of balinpancakes and nasi goreng for us.

Had many steps all around house so was hard for my Mother and father who are much older so that was a surprise but we got over it and found ways around the house.

Villa was nice, spacious, lot of greenery , kids enjoyed pool, aesthetic interior and exterior. Staff Kadek was very nice.

Missed full size mirror, there is no cloth hanger / towel hanger in one of the bathrooms, limited choice for breakfast.

Garden was beautiful. Kadesh was very friendly and helpful. The accomodation was comfortable.

The property is too far out of Ubud, making transportation to and from places difficult. You couldn’t walk anywhere nearby to get food. The condition of the road was terrible.

Tout était parfait La dame qui s'est occuper de nous est très sympa elle nous a même proposé un taxi.,nous a réservé les tickets pour aller à nusa penida. La villa était au top de nous attentes. Propre confortable chambre magnifique et la piscine trop bien comme sur la foto tres propre aussi.Je recommande à 100%

La route pour si rendre

accueil et disponibilité, équipements, superficie de la villa, taille des chambres, piscine mais avec une marche trop haute et peu facile d'accès, lavage de notre linge sur demande

travaux proches avec chantier juste à côté, accès compliqué, route en très mauvais état et on finit à pied, un peu trop isolé, trop de végétations dans le jardin

The overall ambience of the villa is nice but there are some serious problems.

There is lack of cleanliness in everthing. We stayed for 3 nights but they never changed the towels. When we dropped them on the floor to give them an idea that the towels are dirty, they picked them up and hang them back on chairs. The cushions on the kitchen chairs as well as on swimming pool chairs are full of mold. You literally feel disgusted sitting on these dirty chairs. We wondered if they ever washed them. The cabinets in the kitchen for utensils are all open (without doors) where lizards are roaming around all day. You need to wash them everytime you want to use them. For children, we asked for the milk in breakfast and they replied we either serve tea or coffee, no milk. The breakfast is also very limited with 2-3 standard things they offered. If you come by car, be prepared to drive a bit off-road (the last km to this property has literally no road so your car would get scratched everytime you drive in and out). Both sides of the villa are construction sites. They do not make noise all day but they can make noise anytime from 6AM to 9PM for short intervals.
