MOKSH by SEAOM Villas

The overall ambience of the villa is nice but there are some serious problems.

There is lack of cleanliness in everthing. We stayed for 3 nights but they never changed the towels. When we dropped them on the floor to give them an idea that the towels are dirty, they picked them up and hang them back on chairs. The cushions on the kitchen chairs as well as on swimming pool chairs are full of mold. You literally feel disgusted sitting on these dirty chairs. We wondered if they ever washed these cushion covers. The cabinets in the kitchen for utensils are all open (without doors) where lizards are roaming around all day. You need to wash them everytime you want to use them. For children, we asked for the milk in breakfast and they replied we either serve tea or coffee, no milk. If you come by car, be prepared to drive a bit off-road (the last km to this property has literally no road so your car would get scratched everytime you drive in and out). Both sides of the villa are construction sites. They do not make noise all day but they can make noise anytime from 6AM to 9PM for short intervals.

Sublime villa bien équipée et tout confort. Nous n'avons manqué de rien dans ce logement magnifiquement décoré (jardin et chambres) La piscine est la cerise sur le gâteau. Petit déjeuner très apprécié chaque matin! Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Un peu loin de la route principale mais pas loin de Ubud en voiture.

La piscine

Pas de vrais lits pour tous, les enfants ont dû dormir sur une banquette, pas d’intimité dans les salles d’eau

Es un alojamiento maravilloso, es bonito, amplio y cómodo. Decorado con muchísimo gusto. Las camas son comodisimas y estaba todo impecable. Te traen el desayuno cada mañana a la hora que lo solicites dentro del horario que ellos tienen, pero nosotros queríamos irnos temprano y se ofrecieron a traérnoslo antes, lo cual fue todo un detalle. La piscina es fantástica, aunque nosotros hemos tenido la mala suerte de que nos ha llovido y no la hemos podido disfrutar tanto como nos hubiera gustado. Queremos hacer mención a la reseña de Alice Zabeo, la cual nos parece un despropósito, es muy injusto que alguien pueda decir un montón de mentiras y hacer daño de esta manera a un negocio. Cuando leímos su reseña nos asustamos y estuvimos a punto de cancelar nuestra reserva y buscar otro alojamiento, pero pensamos que tenía muchas buenas reseñas y que algo raro tenía que haber. En efecto, hemos comprobado por nosotros mismos que esa reseña es completamente falsa. La única cosa cierta que dice es que hay una obra cerca (cosa de la que no tiene culpa el alojamiento) pero podemos asegurar que no hacen nada de ruido entre las 4 de la tarde y las 9 de la mañana. La casa es preciosa, está impecable (además hacen las habitaciones cada día) y los insectos que hay son los normales si estás en un entorno de vegetación… (por cierto! había insecticida y repelente de mosquitos en la casa)

De verzorger Kadek en chauffeur Wayan waren de beste Zo lief en zo goed geholpen met alles wat we vroegen.

Sommige lades in de keuken waren niet schoon. Er was niet alles om goed te kunnen koken.

The big room and the small living room, it was comfortable to say there with my parents, we talked we ate we laughed.

Ein toller Ort zum entspannen. Es ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Einfach super schön!

Beautiful villa and clean

Just a bit further out of Ubud but you can still have food delivered and there’s a local taxi service number provided.

Brand new clean villa absolutely mold free. Cleaning is done everyday. Lovely rice field views and large swimming pool. Comfortable beds and big living room. I was skeptical while booking as I saw Alice Zabeo bad review about the villa but still I choose to stay as I saw 50 plus 5 star reviews on google. So I stayed on 13th July 2025 and to surprise the villa is better than the photos. The construction is finished no noise and no dust. I’m surprised why Alice has written bad review about the villa. No leaking roofs, no molds. I highly recommend to stay in this villa for the best experience in Ubud. Great hospitality by host Aashita and staff kadek.
