The property was amazing. It was in a quieter part of Ubud but made it super enjoyable for us to explore. Kadek helped us heaps and gave us great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Would recommend booking taxis through the villa as the place is a little hard to find but the drivers they assisted us with were very helpful. An amazing stay. Would recommend

I strongly advise against staying at SEAOM Villas. It was an absolutely awful experience, and we were treated with indifference and a lack of care. 1 – Constant construction and toxic air: The villa is surrounded by four active construction sites that start work every day at 6:00 AM, including weekends, and continue until at least 6:00 PM. On top of that, there’s a massive construction site (likely a future resort) directly in front of the villa, where work continues even at night, with cranes moving materials in the middle of the night. I doubt it will be finished in less than a year. The result? Unbreathable air due to all the dust and smoke from burning materials, which made even the outdoor bathroom unusable. Everything — from towels to toothbrushes — ended up covered in dust, soot, and smoke smell. 2 – Leaky roof and insects: The roof is full of holes, and when it rains, water drips directly onto the bed. We had to sleep with a raincoat on the bed to protect ourselves. Insects and mosquitoes also get in easily from multiple openings, especially from the bathroom. 3 – Zero privacy: There is absolutely no privacy — the workers could literally see inside the villa from the wall next door. It was humiliating and unacceptable. 4 – False promises: To apologize, they offered us a “healing ceremony” and a floating breakfast. We never received either, despite multiple reminders. They eventually claimed the healer was “no longer in Bali” — as if there were only one healer on the entire island. 5 – Dangerous nests and poor cleaning: We found four wasp nests in the kitchen, plus spider and hornet nests — two of which were on the cushions of the outdoor couch, clearly showing the villa is not cleaned regularly. The cushions were visibly dirty (photos attached). 6 – Mold and lack of hygiene: There was mold everywhere, especially in the bathroom. The sheets were often dirty. Several times, we were left without toilet paper, clean towels, or even drinking water.

The location is in narrow street with lots of craks and wholes and the last part of the road not accessible by car With No parking no issue for us since we were using taxis except difficult reaching for delivery and recurrent complains from drivers Main entrance is old wooden door with simple paddle lock with no security it felt unsave to leave any valuables Extremely poor lighting all around especially in the garden and bathrooms If you turn the AC (very poor preforming and small AC) with the swimming pool filter the electricity goos down Bugs and flys all over the place (rooms door not well secured there is space between the door and the frame so what ever you do they will enter the room I found that very bothersome but i guess this is normal as the villa is located within rice fields and to be honest expected Cats enter the property and miss up the kitchen and no food can be left outside

A beautiful villa, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, nestled among rice fields, nature, and friendly locals. This new, impeccably clean, and fully equipped villa is an excellent place to stay for a few days while visiting Ubud. The kind and professional service from Kadek and Wayan made our stay truly wonderful.

Villa is situated in a beautiful place 5min from ubud center with motor. Peace and quiet. Very Nice two bedrooms with a center kithen pool view majestic with all the plants around villa and bathroom. It has everything you need. The People are Nice and can arrange motor or anything else bring to villa. I recomend.

Seaom Villa was a wonderful location to stay in Bali. We had a wonderful time there from the 7th to the 14th of August 2024. The accommodation was recently built, clean and well-designed. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was serene, yet still fairly close to shops and facilities. All the usual facilities were available (kitchen with cooking utensils for use, ensuite bathrooms, a pristine plunge pool and a television with Netflix), and the minibar was stocked with snacks and beer. No complaints! I would absolutely recommend Seaom Villa, and I wish them all the best as their budding service flourishes.

Beautiful property. Relaxing, luscious, secluded and private. It felt safe and the perfect quiet escape without being too far from town. The owners were so lovely and brought a surprise for my birthday. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. I really appreciated all they did.
