Мы снимали два номера,я просила номера рядом(хотя-бы на одном этаже), дали на 23 и 39 этажах, ну совсем рядом!В одном из номеров была плесень. Даже на кондиционере. В номерах была мини кухня, но ни одной тряпки для того чтобы протереть стол,не было. Посуду видимо должны покупать гости( про средства для уборки и стирки, должны позаботиться тоже гости. Огромная проблема с парковкой и лифтом. Бассейн отсутствует.

host is rude, rents the room in the hotel and then rents it out per night on booking, power went off at night until the next day, couldn’t use the tv or charge my phone or have light on, i recommend finding a real hotel instead of this weird new building that’s still under construction

Overall, a great place to stay, I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone who wants comfort and peace.

The apartment looks just like on the pictures, the bed was comfy and clean. We did not use the kitchen but it had the necessary equipment to make an easy meal. The balcony was nice and you had a good view on the sea. The host met up with us and showed us the apartment and gave us the keys.

The apartment was not very soundproof, it was super loud at night because of all the partying outside and loud neighbors. The bathroom was pretty old and not super well kept (it was ok but not as clean as we would have liked). We didn't like that district of Batumi at all, too loud and too much party (but that is personal taste). Finding a parking spot was a little complicated because of some language barrier-related misscommunication with the host, we ended up going to the underground parking at the Marriott next to the hotel, it's 40GEL for a day.

Жили на 13 этаже, слив в душе работал плохо, еле уходила вода. сушилка сломана, не хватало посуды на 3х человек, были и тарелки со сколами. В электрическом чайнике не работала кнопка выключения

The staff was especially attentive and friendly any request was fulfilled in a timely and professional manner. The common areas, terrace and interior were clean and tastefully decorated. Overall, this place is a great choice for both a quiet holiday and a comfortable and quality environment.

The aparthotel is ideally located just a few steps from the beach, and drinking your morning coffee on the terrace is a real joy, as the sound of the sea and the view are incredibly relaxing. The room was bright, clean and well-equipped everything was thought of: clean linen, hot water, all the necessary kitchen items. The Wi-Fi worked stably, which was important to me. The staff was friendly and ready to help at any time, including with recommendations on where to try local dishes. The parking lot was sometimes not free in the evening hours. Overall, a great place for a quiet holiday, for lovers of seaside atmosphere and tranquility. I will definitely come back, especially in early summer, when the beach is still less crowded.

The location is excellent - close to the sea, transport and several cafes. The room was clean upon arrival, the furniture is in good condition. The staff is friendly and ready to help.
