Очень комфортное и уютное место для проживания! Номер чистый и светлый, на кухне было всё необходимое. Wi-Fi работал отлично. Расположение идеальное — рядом кафе и остановки общественного транспорта. Хозяева очень вежливые и внимательные.

l' appartamento si trova al 13esimo piano dell' orbi ( catena di appartamenti in batumi) , comodo per raggiungere la spiaggia ad attenderci di persona c' era il proprietario , persona molto gentile

le lenzuola puzzavano di fumo, lo shampoo messo a disposizione era gia usato. abbiamo preso questo appartamento per poter usufruire della piscina e del parcheggio privato.. la prima non c' era e il secondo era o a pagamento o per strada .. essendoci tantissime persone si creavano lunghe code per l ' ascensore

The few days spent in the aparthotel were really pleasant. The hotel is ideal close to the center and in a quiet environment. The room was clean, well-equipped with everything you need. The Wi-Fi was fast and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was attentive and friendly they helped us with every question. One small minus was that it was not included in the price, although there is a cafe very close by. We will all return first and foremost and to everyone who is looking for a comfortable and cozy environment.

We had a wonderful stay at this aparthotel! The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, and we could hear the sound of the waves from our balcony. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable. We especially loved sitting on the terrace in the evening watching the sunset over the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help, whether it was arranging transportation or recommending local restaurants. There’s a small supermarket nearby, and a few great seafood places just down the road. Overall, this was the perfect spot for a peaceful, relaxing beach holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples or families looking for a quiet seaside escape.

Близко к морю. Новый корпус, не нужно ждать лифты.

У хозяина несколько квартир. В объявлении написано Sea view apartment, но по факту фото и сама кв с Совершенно другим видом на стройку и кран. Это было самое большое разочарование. Кв на 14 этаже, блок Д2. Нет элементарных вещей: плиты, ложек, вилок, ножа, пол рулона т/б на неделю, грязные тканевые стулья. За время проживания сработала пожарная сигнализация и случилась настоящая паника, когда все по лестнице бежали вниз. Причем на нижних этажах все заставлено, там ремонт в самом разгаре. Ах, да. У этого дома еще нет верхних этажей, они не достроены. В общем , заехать Вы заедете, но не туда, что указано здесь на фото.

We were very satisfied! The hotel is ideally located in the city center, close to all the main attractions. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly, ready to clarify any questions or requests. Wi-Fi worked well. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Batumi

We were very happy with our stay at this aparthotel! The room was clean, bright and cozy. The bed was very comfortable perfect for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was very helpful as we were traveling with family and wanted to have home cooked meals sometimes. The location is also great, close to the city center, but on a fairly quiet street. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful they showed us nearby restaurants and booked us a taxi to the airport. The wifi worked well, which was a big plus for me as a remote worker. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable aparthotel in Batumi!

The aparthotel is in a very good location, close to the sea, shops and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed, very cozy and soft. The kitchen had all the necessary things. The host was attentive and communicative - check-in was very easy and fast. I think the price-quality ratio is absolutely right. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
