We stayed at the apartment for 14 nights in July. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed (kitchen appliances and utensils were also provided). The location is ideal - close to the center, but still in a quiet area. The staff was friendly and very helpful with everything. A small minus is that the parking space was not always free, although it is possible to park on the street. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely come back

У хозяина комнаты очень плохой тайм-менеджмент. Check in с 13:00, но на самом деле никто не знает когда вы сможете заселиться. Мы предупредили о времени прибытия заранее и приехали 14:00. Владелец комнаты сказал что заселит нас только в 15:00 из-за уборки. В это время комната всё ещё не была готова и мы были вынуждены гулять и ждать звонка. В итоге заселились только 16:30. Также в описании был заявлен бассейн, но по прибытию оказалось что бассейна нет. Для нас это был важный момент. Это намеренный ввод в заблуждение. Мы старались договориться с владельцем чтобы не портить впечатление от отпуска. Предлагали варианты: например позволить нам сделать check out позже или частично компенсировать сумму. За неудобства и обман ожиданий. Он резко перешёл на "ты" и начал хамить. С большим трудом разрешил остаться на 2 часа дольше. Есть моменты которые касаются не комнаты, а здания в целом: – Балконы разделяются очень тонкой полупрозрачной перегородкой. Вроде есть вид на море, но на балконе вообще не хочется проводить время. Приходиться сидеть плечом к плечу с соседом, который может громко материться и слушать ужасную музыку. – Очереди в лифты. Это высотка, соответственно очень много людей ждёт лифт. Можно простоять полчаса, а потом задыхаться в самом лифте. Там нет вентиляции. – Вокруг здания практически стройплощадка. Шумно, пыльно, очень неприятно пробираться к пляжу через узкий строительный проход и шоссе. В итоге чтобы выйти/зайти, вам нужно будет пройти квест — Дождаться лифта, продраться сквозь холл и пройти сквозь стройку. На ресепшене всегда большая очередь и толпятся люди с чемоданами. Вы неизбежно будете сталкиваться с ними. Пока ездили в лифте с другими туристами, поняли что мы не одни такие. Почти никто не хочет возвращаться в орби. Сюда можно заселяться только если вы ДЕЙСТВИТЕЛЬНО ограничены в средствах и вам вообще всё равно где жить.

Overall, the aparthotel is suitable for a short-term stay for those who do not expect much comfort. Perhaps I should not have had higher expectations from the beginning, but for the price I consider it a normal option.

Great experience! The aparthotel is located right on the seafront every morning starts with an amazing view from the balcony. The room was clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need including a kitchen, which was a big plus for us. The staff is very friendly and attentive – they helped us with transfers and were happy to recommend nearby restaurants. The wifi was a bit slow at times, but we didn’t find it a big problem as we were mainly focused on relaxing. Overall, this place is perfect for both families and couples. We will definitely be back!

I had a very pleasant stay at the apartment. The room was clean and cozy, which was especially important to me. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was a plus since I planned to cook on my own. The location is ideal 10 minutes walk to the center and transport is easily accessible. The staff was very warm and helpful, especially the administrator Nino, who gave me a lot of tips about the city. The price is completely in line with the quality. Tip: If you are sensitive to noise, ask for a room at the back — the street side is a bit noisy in the evenings.

Po pierwsze zostaliśmy wprowadzeni w błąd. Wynajęliśmy apartament ponieważ miał mieć basen. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że basen jest całe wakacje w remoncie!!!!! Właściciel powiedział, że w tej cenie to i tak nie znajdę basenu i był zaskoczony, że jesteśmy niezadowoleni. Apartament też nie był identyczny z tym ze zdjęcia, chociaż był podobny. W apartamencie jest kilka popsutych rzeczy, których naprawa jest łatwa np. porwane firanki, połamana suszarka na ubrania, drzwi do łazienki zamykające tylko poprzez bardzo mocna trzaskanie. Czystość zwłaszcza w łazience pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Sam budynek jest okropny. Jest w nim kilka tysięcy pokoi. Dostanie się na 39 piętro, gdzie jest apartament zajmuje wieki, bo wciąż są kolejki do wind. Nawet zjechanie to problem. W nocy nie da się otworzyć okna, bo przez całą noc z balkonów obok słychać rozmowy i imprezy. W lobby panuje wieczny tłok, ludzie śpią czekając na zameldowanie. Plaża obok jest tak zatłoczona, że jeździliśmy dalej na spokojniejszą plażę. Gdybym wiedziała, że basen nie będzie dostępny wybrałabym na pewno inne miejsce.

Ужасно грязный комплекс , где расположены апартаменты . Лифт ждать минимум 10 минут в час пик . В апартаментах дырявые наволочки , полотенце обрезали видимо там уже были дыры.
