Extraordinary views in a holiday home in Valletta

The location was good.

It was hard to get into. There wasn’t enough hot water in the morning. The master bath room was dark and cold. There weren’t enough towels and no wash cloths. The kitchen was not well stocked.

The location and views were fantastic

Hot water service is way too small. 4 people could not shower within an hour without the hot water running out. It states dishwasher and toiletries available - there wasn’t. Table was broken, the missing leg was in the cupboard. The addition of zzzing to the booking process was onerous and confusing stating our payment had not gone through. Money was debited 10 days before we were due.

Arrived quite late - the front door blown open by wind - then got up to apartment and code would not work - called the zzz’s and they gave another code as original does not work - well why send it???? Then next morning we coped with outside door again with the phone people and their story was so bizarre about the electronic key - when it was not electronic it was actually a key ?!? We loved Valletta It’s a great town - love Malta - great food to be had - but sort out door code info

The location was excellent and was a few minutes walk from the centre of Valletta. But the most impressive factor was the renovation and decor of the apartment - it was done to such a high standard and was very stylish.

Superb location, beautifully styled. Spacious, spotless, atmospheric, amazing views. Would definitely visit again.

We had issues with the hot water, plenty of cold showers, eventually partially resolved.

Fantastic location, beautiful sea views, lovely sized apartment for three people. Nice little touches like water, toiletries and tea/coffee being provided or books being donated from prior guests. Staff were very responsive when we had an issue, even though it was late at night. Working lift in the apartment block too, which saved us from lots of stairs!!

The instructions on how to find it aren't great and the door code didn't work either, so getting in took a little bit of time. Airport pick up isn't available through the company either, even though it's advertised. We couldn't get the AC to work and a new mattress is definitely needed in the back bedroom! Finally don't use both showers at the same time as there isn't enough hot water for that!

We loved everything about this property. The pictures don’t disappoint. The views were amazing ! I definitely stay here again!
