Poggio Angelarosa: Lemon Garden Stay&Relax

This property is a little slice of lemon heaven on the busy Amalfi coast, and we stayed here for 6 nights. How lovely to be staying in a lemon grove away from the chaos down below. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Agostina and Antonio were very responsive and accommodating. There are 3 great restaurants in Pontone. Nice to be able to stroll to dinner with amazing views from 2 of them. One day we walked up to Ravello which had stunning views of the valley. We walked down the stairs to Amalfi 5 days in a row and our calves were screaming but it was doable. Just a note that the shower was very small - OK for us but might be a problem for some.

While we loved the peaceful setting, we were reliant on the buses to get back up to Pontone each afternoon/evening. We found the buses rarely on schedule so we spent a lot of time waiting at the bus stop in Amalfi. We never actually caught the Pontone bus - we always ended up taking the Ravello one and walking 25 minutes up to Pontone from the stop. Not a big deal, but got a bit tiring after 6 days!

Il giardino dei limoni l ambiente è l appartamento ben ristrutturato e rifinito in un contesto tipico e unico . L accoglienza dei proprietari persone gentilissime e estremamente disponibili

Помешкання в цілому хороше,чисте ,чудовий лимонний сад, вигляд на краєвиди заворожує,є багато плюсів але є і мінуси, за 5 днів ніхто не змінив рушники, є кухня але нема базового мінімуму для приготування їжі самостійно, є ванна кімната але нема фена ( він є,але висушити волосся неможливо),замовлений номер був на 3 особи а засоби гігієни, бокали розраховані на двох .Парковки, якщо ви на машині, то будьте готові, що залишити іі можна буде за пару км від помешкання посеред дороги, навіть якщо парковка платна 15-20євро за добу, то важливо, щоб вона просто була заброньована готелем,уточнюйте у власників,в час пік це буде проблема.

Гарне двоспальне ліжко з хорошим матрасом, чисто,краєвиди, лимонний сад все гарно.

Set in beautiful gardens as described, the apartment was light and bright with 2 big doors that opened onto the balcony. The apartment is very high up, but again there isn’t anywhere that isn’t in Alamo but the bus stops pretty near and it’s a short walk to the little square in Pontone.

I turned the kettle on and an hour n half later the water was still not warm. I did tell the agent who showed us to the apartment but it was never addressed, seemed more concerned that I had a visitor to my room (my daughter, to get ready for a wedding. She wasn’t staying with us. The wedding was at the basilica up the steps from ten apartment) Other than that, everything else was good 😊

Il poggio é bellissimo, il limoneto ci ha affascinato. I proprietari sono state delle persone gentilissime e super cordiali. La vista é stupenda e la posizione é ottima, a poco più di 10 minuti da Amalfi.

Wunderschöne Aussicht und top Anbindung nach Amalfi. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und gute Restaurant Empfehlung. Möglichkeit für ein sicheren Parkplatz.
