Cosy and close to the beach. Very nice hosts.

The ceiling upstairs is a little low if you are tall. It didn't seem quite as low on the pictures.

"Excellent base for exploring the area."

Great location for us. Close to the beach and the Northumberland Coastal Path and only 20 mins walk into Berwick. Spotlessly clean accommodation, well equipped and ideal for a couple. Plenty of free street parking and there is a licensed convenience store with excellent bakery just around the corner. OK, so there isn't much headroom in the sleeping area, but that didn't bother us as we are not that tall. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Old Bakery.

Compact but fine for a reasonably agile couple. Very much in the midst of the family home and menagerie! Clean and well equipped.

The nearby beach is nice but the seafront area a bit grim.

Well equipped comfortable and peaceful place. Hosts very welcoming, also enjoyed the fresh chicken eggs!

Bed was not the most comfortable, quite firm but that's an easy fix and wouldn't stop me from going again.

We enjoyed our stay, property had everything we needed, we stayed 4 nights but if we were staying longer would’ve needed a washing machine. Hosts were very friendly and lovely to chat to. Property has been renovated to a high standard and it’s clear it is maintained well. Great location for Spittal promenade.
