Location, cleanliness

Unfortunately the towels and bathmat smelt very musty as there is no heating/drying rack in the bathroom and so we used are own

Easy to find, good location and chalet for a few nights away. Just as in the photos and booking info from the host.

Wine glasses would have been good - although we didn't ask the host and easily could have. The bathroom smelled a bit mildewy and really needed a working fan. The endless messages from the host were a bit too much and the request to clean the chalet before we left we felt was a bit cheeky as we would expect this to be included in the cost of renting a holiday home.

The property was beautiful and in a nice location just a few miles from Cromer. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. Great spot to explore Norfolk.

We struggled to find the property initially as phone reception was poor. We then had a wander around to find the actual building. The key safe was also hidden behind a hedge (we found it eventually). The gate fell apart in our hands when we opened it at first. But these were minor inconveniences. I'm 6 foot 4, and there are some head height issues, but we knew this when we arrived, and this was already acceptable. It is a gem of a place.

My holiday went too quick.

Kitchen extractor didn’t work.

The garden is lovely. Great place to either relax in or in our case wander first thing with the dogs. Quite, private stay. Comfortable bed.

The accommodation itself is tired and needs a revamp but everything we needed.

The seclusion of the property. Very comfy bed. Compact and well equipped.

It was very cobwebby. Especially in the eaves, plus a skylight was open and I couldn’t reach to close it. I am not a fan of spiders and bugs. Damp smell in the bathroom.

Very nice cute rural barn environment. Secure gated property.

Needs some attention. Gate to barn didn’t lock and was falling apart.

It was a lovely little place, great location and Chris the host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided lots of information on the local area. The grounds were immaculately kept and very beautiful!
