AUThis was a fantastic location, being in a dead end street so there were no issues with noise, a fantastic swimming pool on top of the complex, the staff were very accommodating, I arrived so early and they prepared a room for me very quickly. This was support from Miss Duong Thi Diu, I would also like to thank Miss Ngoc Anh, I had to wait 3 hours after my checkout for the bus her hospitality in letting me continue my work in the restaurant, where I even purchased some lunch
Knowing Vietnam can be extremely hot, I was surprised that there was no bar fridge in the room, if they wanted clients to be happier, all rooms should have this applience,
ESBreakfast was very limited, with what I would have liked not being available for all mornings, even though it was on the meny. Staff were indifferent really. The room wasn't very clean, hairs in the bed etc. The pool was green the day we arrived as well. Staff didn't knock on the door when cleaning the room, resulting in them waking us up by just walking in to the room.
