It didn't meet our expectation with the value of money. Breakfast was poor and distance quite far away from city.
ZAThe rooms were so modern and clean with a great TV and air conditioning system. The staff was also lovely. They helped us sort out an airport shuttle and the receptionist was friendly

Room small, aircon and TV are not working
AUFor one night it’s a good deal. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. No mould. It rained the whole time and it was very humid, no fan / window in the bathroom and the shower has no glass or curtains, so in the morning the floor was still all wet and lots of condensation. Beds are small but firm, again it’s ok for one night. Pillows could be a bit ticker or they could at least provide 2 as it was a very flat pillow! Breakfast is a la carte and you can choose between eggs (scramble or friend) in bread, ham in bread and butter & jam in bread or Bun Bo Hue (Hue style beef noodles). It was a nice breakfast. The lady at reception is lovely.
When we arrived at 5.30 pm there was a party going on and the music was very loud. We went out and came back around 9 pm and the party was still going. At 10 pm it was still loud so we asked reception what time the music would stop and they said they would turn it off shortly. Within 5 min it was all quiet. Seems to be a place for locals to have parties, our kids went to sleep straight away and were not bothered by the noise, however, I struggle to sleep when it’s too noisy, so of this is a problem for you I would recommend staying somewhere else.
AULocation was good for us
We asked for twin beds and got a double with hair on sheets. There was also hair at breakfast on the 2 days we had it there Shower flooded
