GBStruggling to find positives due to the issues we had. However, the bed was comfy (ignoring stains, mould and hairs) and the pool area was nice.
They did not pre-warn us about construction on the property prior to our booking, so when we arrived most of the hotel was being worked on; from 7:26am (we can be this accurate due to it echoing through our room and waking us up) until around 11pm when if it wasn’t construction noise, it was noise from private parties. This construction also impacted breakfast, with the noise meaning we couldn’t even hear ourselves talk at the table and also there was dust in the air whilst we ate. We raised our concerns with the staff, asked to speak to management etc but all we got in return was ‘they are out’, ‘sorry’. Annoyingly, the hotel requested we pay on arrival so with this and language barriers we didn’t withhold any payment, but do regret not being more direct on this. I tried to attach a video of the noise in our room at 7:26am but it won’t let me attach. I have raised with booking.com customer service and on their reply will be taking it further. I would like to say that without the construction this could be a nice hotel to stay in. However, we did also get a weird vibe. Due to it being empty most of the day then at night there were ‘businessmen’ parties with flashy steaks, and ‘pretty’ women stood and sat by the entrance of the hotel (not in the hotel uniform like other workers, and people who we did not see in the day).

CAThe rooms are big and they look new.
After I checked in I noticed there was no toilet paper or remote for the TV. I had to message them on Booking.com because I couldn't figure out the phone. My shower was wet too like the room had been used before I got there. House keeping came on the second night at 7:45pm for the first time which is too late. The breakfast options are limited. The TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night 2 nights in a row. Car alarms were very loud outside the window which is too high to see out of.

NLOf was nice to have a pool.
One of the rooms we booked didn’t have a window.
