Cute and Cosy Little Cottage

Ein wunderbares Plätzchen - klein aber großartig :-) Wir waren zu viert und es hat sehr gut gepasst - würde sofort wieder kommen!

Exactly as it said a cute and cozy place to stay. We enjoyed our stay so much. Such a small place but there is everything what you need for a couple of days. Lovely area around :) Highly recommend

Ideal location for visiting many of historical sites both in Sussex and Kent.

Internet was non existent also very poor reception on the TV aerial. Saying that it wasn't a huge problem.

Comfortable, compact . Had everything we needed .

Loved the style of the accommodation, had majority of things needed. Appreciative of the little extras in the kitchen like teas, different coffees, and pastas. Towels were soft, and we appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel to use. Beds were comfortable, and the owner responded to enquiries quickly and friendly. Welcome booklet with basic information.

Felt that there should be a toilet roll holder, and that the hand towel should be in the bathroom (not with other towels on the beds, this caused my friend confusion, so we thought we didn't have a hand towel for our stay, until I realised on the day of our departure). Ensure kitchen appliances are clean - electric griddle and toaster - required a little cleaning. Please, please put/ ensure the best before or use by dates are on any food in the cupboard or food that is in jars. Ensure bedding is free from bleach stains (one on the sheet of the raised bed). Add a bucket or instructions as to where to put the ash from the Woodburner, Ensure visitors empty the ash tray upon departure- so it is ready to use by the next vistors, provide suitable gloves and fire tools for the Woodburner, a little more kindling would be appreciated (appropriate amount for 1 fire each day of stay).

Perfect as a base for walking in the area. Well equipped with essentials such as oil, tissues and toiletries. Small contained garden was great for the dog. Everything was clean and well maintained. Attempted to charge me £20 for the dog despite the listing at the time saying that there were no extra fees for dogs. Did not provide check in details until I requested them the evening before arrival.

Small but exceptionally well-designed and very well-equipped.

We did have to take care getting down the ship’s ladder to the toilet at night.
