Cat Ba Hongkong Hotel

Mr Ben was very helpful, he organised a two day & one night boat tour which we recommend if you plan on seeing the islands, visiting a fishing farm, kayaking to the caves and beaches, swimming and night kayaking with bioluminescent plankton, visiting a rural village with the option of a bike ride back to the boat. He also provided great recommendations for Cat Ba Island which filled a day using a scooter. We were also able to wash our clothing here for an affordable price! There were afew issues as there were some renovations with our room and floor but Mr Ben sorted them out instantly. I would recommend staying here in Cat Ba!

Great room, friendly service and well located.

The owner was so accommodating from the very start and was always happy to help. The breakfast was good although not a lot of choice but we enjoyed! The room was big, clean and comfortable and the bathroom did the job. Good location, would definitely stay again!

Staff were super friendly and helpful, we booked a boat tour through the hotel and transport to ninh Binh. Cannot recommend enough! Breakfast was also really good with lots of different options. Room was clean and spacious.

unfortunately, the electricity was lost. Other hotels all have generators, but this hotel didn't have one until I called to ask. However, we still had to wait more than 1 hour to only be able to turn on the fan, and after only using it for 2hours, the power went out again. we booked 2 rooms and 1 of them the bathroom handle was broken.
