The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to everything with so much to do in the area. Ben the hotel owner and manager was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Spacious room, comfortable beds and really helpful staff. Nothing luxury but okay for a short visit.

Bathroom wasn’t very nice, really outdated and needs replaced. Fridge was a bit broken. Also had an infestation of ants twice (though the staff was super nice and helpful).

What a great stay! The hotel is in the perfect location, lots of restaurants and shops at your doorstep. The beaches are a 5 minute drive, which can be done by renting a scooter though the hotel (VND 120k /pd) or by taking one of the island 'golf carts' (10k per way). The hotel was very clean which is always my number 1 priority when booking. Ben, the manager was always available to help and to answer any questions! A real asset to the hotel! Helpful tips: Anyone coming from Hai Phong, there are a few different ways to get to the island. - You can take the ferry and bring your bike - You can take the cable car from Sunworld to the island (100k) - a fun activity - You can take the cheap speedboat for 80k but will need to arrange a car to pick you up (20-30 min drive to the hotel) - You can take the more expensive speedboat for 250k which drops you dead center. About a 10 min walk to the hotel

Nothing about the hotel per se but we booked the night kayaking with glowing plankton. While the tour was lovely, the plankton does not glow bright blue like advertised (just a PSA so that no one's hopes and dreams are crushed) It would also be great if the hotel could rent/have guests put a deposit down for beach towels.
