Just the communication was terrible, they list a load of wrong numbers in different places, direct you to a closed/renamed restaurant to pick up the keys, who then shouted at us over the phone for being late to a table we didn't book. Didn't respond to messages on booking To be called an apartment accomodation it should have more cooking facilities .

The location was central. Room is clean and spacious. Host was attentive and fixed water issue promptly. Helped us with parking

Property is difficult to find. No sign mentions Lady of The Rock apartment. Look for Konoba Peraste and it is above that. Parking is very busy if you have a car (host is helpful with parking though)

The location

The owner was horrible, he made us wait for 40 mins or so to get the key! Not only that but also he kept shouting on me just for asking him where is the flat exactly, horrible human being and zero communication skills. The flat itself is not even that good so I wouldn’t recommend it.

First of all, I never write reviews but pay attention to some of the newer reviews as I don’t think the >9 rating properly depicts the experience you will have. - upon arrival there was an ant infestation in the apartment and some leftover trash from the last guests on the balcony…thank you to the staff for mitigating this and for offering a drink while cleaning - the parking policy is super unclear. While it states Free Parking, the questions in the booking listing state otherwise (see screenshot). I asked for reimbursement as I took the advice of the questions and parked at the start of Perast (plus I thought it was the least they could do for the messy room) but got a No saying I should have pulled up in front of the hotel (that doesn’t have a sign and is on a pedestrian street) - 6:55 am wake up call from construction (literally a chain saw) on a Sunday on the same building 🫣 - no messages back from the staff despite them saying they are present 24/7 for questions and concerns in other review responses. Sorry for all the feedback but we left more stressed than relaxed and we are generally very flexible travelers 😆.

Very nice appartement in the city center

There is a huge building works , impossible to relax and sleep. Builders start at 8 am until end of the day. Wifi worked very bad. Staff didn’t communicated with us and ignored our messages
