Maintenance of air conditioner was poor. We were told it would be fixed but this did not occur - they did bring an evaporative cooler but it was extremely noisy and large

Breakfast was included at another location which was pleasant ,service and food were good .It was very hot at 36 degrees ,air conditioner worked in one bedroom only. No coffee, milk provided for a NOT cheap destination . I felt no one cared and staff were overworked in the heat !

Major attitudinal issue with manager or person who looks after booking.com . No response to several booking queries so I called , I felt verbally abused & belittled. Info provided PRE arrival is inadequate so as you would , I called .The other staff were helpful & location is good but this unpleasant man needs a reality check ! I stayed 4 nights & felt uncomfortable during the stay .As a paying guest I do not want to be rudely advised that I have been sent the information and that's it and he is not sending anything else. I came by taxi ( no car) although there is a parking problem even though if you get a park there is a daily cost ( may not be a park at all at either end in two parking areas at either end of Perast ) . My question was how do I get from parking lot boom gate to hotel ( single mature female (not unfit), English speaking only ,bags, no WIFI , 36+ degree heat, say 500 meters ) The hotel would not assist EVEN TO ADVISE there was electric vehicle service (by tip) that would be around that area at some time ( no timetable). The electric vehicle did turn up eventually after 40 mins standing in minimal shade. No one near boom gate spoke English either . It was very stressful and I considered getting a taxi should one have turned up back to Kotor ( 40 minutes away @E25). As an experienced intrepid traveler who's navigated 15 countries in recent times, this behavior is unacceptable to anyone's standard ! There are other places in Perast that look nice!

Lovely room and staff that made us feel very welcome. Perfect location by the sea and in the very center.

The parking situation is a mess and a ripoff/scam, which is not the hotel's fault or responsibility. But it is bad for the impression of Perast.

Tried communication through booking with property owner, but no answer Weak water pressure and sometimes no hot water

The location, the view, the size, the cleanliness.

Empty boiler, low water pressure, miscommunication, paid more than what was discussed.
