Lady of the Rocks apartments

The location is great - what a view from the balcony closest to the sea. The flat is quite spacious and fine. You can dive in the sea close to the flat but as it's a busy bit of town (lots of passers by as it is in the middle of the village), thought walking 5 mins to the beach (a concrete platform with stairs) was better. Also, there is an oyster farm (the less posh one of the two) just out of Perast within 10-15 mins walk (on a pavement) from the apartment. That place is special for lunch/afternoon drink. We received clear instructions from the owner on how to check in.

Flat needs a bit of work - the light switches seem like they are close to breaking and a door handle kept falling off. You receive a voucher to use to get a discount for dinner at the restaurant directly underneath (very good quality food and a musician performing at dinner) and you have to tell the waiters that you have them. We went 3 times and they forgot to apply the discount each time but did give us extra drinks. So they did make it up. Breakfast is at the nearby Admiral restaurant/hotel, which you get vouchers for - wasn't that good.

The location was very good and the host was friendly.

I didn't like that host said there is a parking when it wasn't. We had to park like 15 minutes walk to the apartment because the guard didn't let us through with the car. When we arrived (walking) at the apartment we saw that there isn't any parking nearby. The mattress was kind of old and very soft as well as the pillows. The worst thing was the cold water in the morning. The boiler was shut down and couldn't turn it on (seems like the electricity switch was turned off somehow) because the hair dryer wasn't working as well, probably was connected to the same electricity output.

the room itself is fine, however, it's very expensive for something so basic. paid for a room with the sea view, got some room in the back of the house.

The first staff member (lady) gave us clear instructions. The price was quite reasonable and the bed was comfy.

Extensive mold in the bathroom shower and we booked the room to have both a bed and a sofa bed. but upon arrival we were told (by proxy of the lovely lady) that the manager could not fix the sheets for the sofa bed because they were still in the wash in another town. No compensation or even direct communication with this fellow was possible afterwards because "he was busy".

Location was great with the view of the sea

We were not aware there were no cars allowd in the city and the host said the parking was 300-400 meters away from the stay. It was way more than that and we had to leave the car on the side of the road outside the city. When asked for more information about this there was no reply. The door handle of the room was broken and in overall old furnitures
