Location and view is great

I can’t contact the owner. I sent messages but the owner didn’t answer. Bathroom smells very bad. Since the seats are leather and old, they make you sweat. There are many insects in the apartment

The wifi wasn’t running very good and we had a water pressure issue …

The location was great, the room is beautiful, the view is amazing. In the room there are two window to the sea and also a side balcony with sea view.

We have 2 problems. 1st: WIFI, when we arrived the owner said that the wifi was not working because of a storm couple weeks ago, we can understand things like this could happen but as we are paying for a place with WIFI or he needed to fix it before, or tell us before by chat, or give us a discount. We are tourists, we dont have internet in that country, if he had told me before I could cancel it and changed to a place with wifi because it was very necessary to us. We had to stay hours in a restaurant to use the WIFI. 2nd: Breakfast: We purchased the package that included breakfast, and when we got to the room there was a paper with ALL the rules of the accommodation, including the breakfast time, which was until 10:30 am. We went down to have breakfast at 10:05 am and the waiter refused to serve us, saying that breakfast was until 10 am. We had to fight for our right because the waiter wanted to prove us wrong. I went back to the room, got the paper and showed it to the waiter, but the second time he kept saying that we were wrong. I have never been so humiliated for a simple breakfast. I asked him to call the owner, and he contacted me (something he should have done right away). The owner tried to refuse breakfast for the third time, this time because he said that we had not paid for the package that included breakfast. I had to confront him again to say that we had paid. Only after that did he check the booking and see that we were indeed entitled to it. After that we finally received our breakfast. And to make matters worse, the omelet was burnt. It is completely humiliating to have to fight for your rights to something you paid for. When I first told the waiter that there was a note in my room saying that breakfast was served until 10:30, the waiter should have not thought we were lying and instead contacted the owner to confirm the information. The same goes for the owner who first tries to say that the customer is wrong and then confirms the information.
