The bed was clean and the shower was good!

Almost everything! Nowhere to sit to eat anything. An outside dustbin in the corner of the 'kitchen'. I couldn't get my tv to work, that was probably my fault but there was no-one to ask. I didn't even have toilet paper, I complained about this and I was told some would be provided but it wasn't and I had to buy some myself!

Cosy room, good value for money. Very close to the train/bus station and city centre. Clean and comfortable with en suite and use of a microwave. Peaceful at night.

Be careful to use the right lock box to collect the keys at the beginning of your stay (there is one each side of the door). At the moment the building site next door usually starts at about 8 am Monday-Saturday.

The location is great near to public transport

The room size was small and not sound proof at all too much noise from outside and inside the property and I asked for extra pillow they didn't give us

The kitchen sink and the surrounding was not kept clean by other rooms users even just a few minutes after been clean, the coriander was so noisy especially when the cleaner was around, other users including the cleaner were just slamming doors in and out at any time of the day. Our bathroom was mould and bug was even coming out from under the bath. Picture below
