Ensuite Rooms For Two Near Cardiff Central Station

This is the place I normally choose to stay when I'm working in Cardiff. It is a budget place, but clean, comfortable, decent sized rooms and an ensuite.

The key locks are fiddly. Room 3 doesn't have a desk to work at in the evening.

Near the station

Me and my wife stayed there for 3 nights the last day I asked for an extra towel and a toilet paper and got an answer that I should buy from outside (toilet paper) And said they cannot provide the towel . And the room have black moles in the room near the window

Cheap price and it being convenient to the station and city.

The room definitely did not look as presented and described and the hallway was not welcoming at all. The kitchen was grim and the fridge was like something out of a poor student's digs. No black bin liner when I first arrived. The house did not smell fresh although the bedding was clean. The bedroom floor was not clean and there was as a resident dead spider that looked like it had been there a long time. The loo seat was not fixed properly and the blinds couldn't be raised as all knotted. I expected a visit from my daughter but I had to make other arrangements. Sorry but it was bit the relaxing stay I was hoping for.

The bathroom was very big

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was tiny. It was super hot in there even with the radiators turned down. There were rips in the net curtains and the window in the bathroom leaked water when whoever cleaned it left it adjar. There was mildew around the window and the carpet was rough.

Cheap, basic, handy town centre

Noisy person, slamming doors at 6 30am And the construction, or traffic, made the house vibrate Dirty down the back of the desk room 5

Location was really good

The staff only gave 1 pillow and 1 towel to share between 2 people. Claimed they forgot to tell us they were stolen by previous guest and asked me stick out the night without a pillow. We checked in at 3pm and they still couldn't manage to get a pillow to me until the following day. Only offered us 7 pounds discount after we asked for one. Terrible service.

Location and comms from the host was excellent.

The room was very dusty and the shower head was broken.
