GBGBGBGood location, clean, Afaq at reception was very friendly and helpful. Room had kettle, drink making facilities as well as a fan. Parking was included which waa a nice surprise

IEGood location for my needs, easy access to Gloucester City and the M5. The welcome was good, the staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, plenty of clean towels.
The room showed signs of wear and tear, the door handles and locks has obviously suffered some abuse. The hot water in the shower was tepid whilst that in the sink was hot. It felt it was not the most secure place to park a car, in fact I had to park on the road, but all was well.
