Brilliant hotel 👌

I have used this hotel for emergency stays with my partner after hospital visits as we don’t live together and he isn’t able to stay at my property. I’m a wheelchair user and the staff are accommodating and nice about my situation and needs, very polite and respectful with holding doors and repeating or explaining more on any questions. It’s been quite quiet and comfortable when attending, a little difficult to manoeuvre completely by wheelchair but as I’m ambulatory me and my partner make it work with his physical support.

Some bathrooms appliances can be finicky, sometimes there have been times the toilets seats have become lose or the seat cracked in area which needs to be replaced, unsure if others have reported but other than that it’s all good. Not the most decent size showers for anyone on a bigger build as they are narrow and small so difficult if you require support or assistance in showing for disability or medical reasons. Even in general there a bit difficult to manage in unless your slender as my partner has ended up knocking an elbow on the shower door while turning around and he’s a smaller body build.

The property was getting renovated so wasn’t great our room shower didn’t work properly and bed had stains on it

The hotel is well maintained and Afaq is doing a great job

The staff are fabulous and the rooms are clean we stay here alot and have never had a problem
