I travel to Washington Island often & enjoy staying at local establishments

The cabin could have had more blankets. The heat was on but an extra blanket for my elderly mother would have been helpful. We called and left a message with no response. However, just to be fair, we were there during the off-season. It was an amazing weekend though and was very comfortable

It’s pretty quiet around Winter like time during beginning of spring time. Plus you’ll get good heating system in the lodge. Beds are comfortable to sleep on

It doesn’t have TV like I wish they provide one. Seems like if you go to Washington Island before summer time it would get boring like they’re won’t be a lot of things to do.

Beautiful pier and great sunsets, cabin was rustic but comfortable.

Could use new pillows

Steffan's was a bit rustic, but it fit in well with the ambiance of the area. Carpeting in one room may need updating, but overall our one night visit was enjoyable.

The stay was just fine and met our expectations.

Very nice and roomy. And very nice and clean. Even for being a vintage style look

No vent for when you cooked. Touchy smoke detectors

Was easy to find, bed was comfortable, and the host was pleasant. Nice location on the water. Dog friendly. Came later in the season so it was quiet.

Kitchen area was very dated!! Some upgrades or just remove the old built in fridge that was no longer working. Shower was REALLY small and uncomfortable. NO lighting outside our unit so coming in after dark or leaving early was pretty crazy. Dishes and utensils were not clean, (the host did say to wash them BEFORE and after use) No amenities so make sure you come prepared.
