Love that it was a quiet location, but close to SPAC.

Overall, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Some surfaces (top of refrigerator and inside cabinets) could've been cleaned better. This detail would not keep me from returning, however.

Simple, clean accommodations. Outside of town, but not far from everything we wanted to be close to. Great grounds behind the motel to hang out and walk the dog. On a relatively busy stretch of road, but landscaping keeps it quiet and private. Property manager responsive by text.

A little tricky finding the location. Didn't see a sign with the name of the motel (just "enter" and "exit" signs at the turn-in). Property manager(s) must live nearby, but not on site. Responsive to texts, but had to wait a bit to connect at one point in order to confirm payment details.
