Great location….easy to find…good weather….idyllic woods…decking good spot

5 beds but not enough chairs or big enough tables…crap cooking equipment….outside seats mostly broken. Inadequate hot water. No brushes for cleaning…listing of sauna disingenuous

Le ménage du logement était très superficiel La vaisselle était incomplète (pas assez d'assiettes, chaises extérieures cassées ...) La production d'eau chaude ne marche pas bien, il faut laisser couler l'eau pendant 2 à 3 minutes pour espérer avoir de l'eau tiède ..... Nous avons séjourné pendant la tempête donc sans électricité, sans chauffage et sans eau chaude à partir de 11h30. Les propriétaires ne sont apparus qu'à 21h30 pour nous expliquer que l'on pouvait accéder à la cuisine d'un hotel voisin. Réactivité bien trop lente au vue des conditions et des circonstances

Il supporto è del tutto assente. Avevamo una camera da tre posti ed all’arrivo un letto era completamente bagnato. Contattata la struttura ci ha detto che non era possibile. Non ha fatto nulla per aiutarci. Ci ha dato una casetta a due posti. Uno ha dormito su una sedia. Il giorno dopo ricontatta la struttura per chiedere il rimborso e/o una sistemaIone in altro luogo non ha aiutato per nulla. Tornati alla prima camera il letto era ancora bagnato. Abbiamo dormito in tre in un letto matrimoniale senza coperte, in una camera fredda. Oltre ai disagi la pulizia è scarsa, spostando la poltrona abbiamo trovato unghie di un precedente ospite. Manutenzione assente: la casetta era piena di spifferi. Il bagno non ha il riscaldamento e risulta molto freddo. Ma soprattutto il proprietario è inesistente. Una volta mandato il codice della cassetta a con la chiavetta si preoccupa solo di prendere i soldi.

The location was superb, serene, peaceful by the River,fresh mountain air with fresh trees,pine,ferns. We went into the river also. Perfect for family of 3. The wooden cabin and cabins around me were very beautiful. Good got water, kitchen items to do a light meal and kettle for a warm drink. Dish soap was there and perfect for us. My son 6 loved the cabin and entire location. Close to Lockness, Co.op and its high street along with all tourist stuff and good drive for Isle of Skye.

Our red cabin could have been cleaner, dust under the beds, sides, cobwebs as you enter and in Corners also. Towels could have had a better fragrance than the dull moisture trapped. Door hocks outside the kitchen door could have been screwed back on before the guest left earlier. Landlord needs to ensure the wiring in bathroom has metal casing. As a landlord myself I noticed that which could be an issue in the future.

Beaucoup d'équipements manquaient : pas de table mais juste 2 gros fauteuils, aucune passoire ni grosse casserole, pas de torchon, pas de sèche-cheveux, très peu de serviettes, et lit assez peu confortable.

Lodges were close to the river, nice and clean, very relaxing.

Very limited amenities, no sink plug, chopping board or tea towels, couldn't get PowerPoint's beside bed to work so had to use power across the room for my cpap machine, towel hooks in bathroom didn't hold the weight of a towel and dropped everytime we tried using it
