The lodges were very clean and the location was beautiful. The only issue was lack of any staff on the premises for help and lack of response to messages.

The location was quiet and peaceful.

The shower was cold for our entire trip, staff said they would fix but then never showed up and then ignored messages. The whole place felt a bit run down, the patio doors felt like they were falling apart.

Wonderful location, clean and spacious enough for us despite being the smaller lodge, which I was concerned about prior to arrival. Everything in good condition and well maintained.

The communication with our host was very abrupt and somewhat terse, or came across that way. However any questions we had were answered promptly and it ultimately didn't matter as we had a wonderful time and would visit again.

- mangelnde Sauberkeit (Innen und außen) Sah aus, wie mehrere Monate/Jahre nicht mehr außen geputzt. Bei Ankunft bereits vier Tote Wespen im Haus - Insektenbefall (Wespennest im Dach) - weiter Weg vom Parkplatz (nichts für größere Koffer) - Infrarotkabine ( zwar angeschlossen, aber nicht benutzbar) - Wasserdruck schlecht eingestellt - Essen nur draußen möglich (kein Tisch im Haus) - bei dem Haus handelt es sich um die Lodge Afric 3

The listing did not have photos of the exterior of the actual cottage, it seemed smaller than photos.

L'emplacement génial.la structure bien. La rivière au pied du lodge est super.

Le lodge, n'est pas du tout entretenu. C'est sale.de plus il n'y a rien pour nettoyer ou balayer. La literie est de qualité très médiocre, sans protection de matelas. Un endroit sauna peut servir à stocker les affaires Presque pas de vaisselle et par manque de contrôle, une assiette (sur deux) était ébréchée. Des toiles d'araignée sur tous les ouvrants. Dommage car avec un coup de balai, on peut régler tout cela rapidement.
