Hervorragender Service, sehr schöne Zimmer und perfekte Lage zwischen der Altstadt(ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß) und dem schönen Strand(ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Shuttle oder Taxi). Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher in dem Hotel gefühlt. Insgesamt waren wir 6 Nächte hier. Einmal haben wir vergessen den Safe zu schließen, wir wurden vom Management kontaktiert das kein Housekeeping deswegen gemacht werden kann. Ich bin ins Hotel zurück um zu checken ob alles noch da ist und den Safe zu schließen, es war alles da und nichts verschwunden. Ich finde so etwas wirklich einzigartig, das unterstreicht das Top Niveau des Hotels. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals dafür. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können jedem nur empfehlen dieses Hotel zu buchen.

We ended up here just for 1 night, because the hotel we had originally reserved was overbooked, as well as other alternative hotels that were supposed to host us. When we arrived at Wafaifo we were exhausted and upset and expecting other issues, but instead we were welcomed with professionalism, kindness and a brand new property that delivered what it advertised, and more. The rooms are clean and equipped with anything, the pool area is great, the breakfast offers a wide range of options, the staff is well prepared without being invasive. We finally managed to relax and enjoy our stay in Hoi An: even if we slept here only for one night, it redeemed the whole experience and we are very grateful for that. We could not recommend it more.
