This is the gem in the lake accomodation..................a pleasant stroll to lovely cafes and basic and upmarket restaurants and regular ferries..the town is superb, the apartment is modern immaculately presented and has amazing views....mohommed was very accomodation and lived obviously closeby which was a real bonus. Super quiet safe location and the beds were great.

absolutely nothing this place was perfect...........stairs to town and apartment internal were just a good workout for 70 year olds with minor knee issues.....if you have serious stair issues they could be a problem

Ich möchte die wirklich positiven und schönen Punkte der vorgenannten Gäste dieser Wohnung, was die Lage und wunderbare Aussicht betrifft, hiermit bestätigen. Im Prinzip war alles an Einrichtung im Wohn- und Küchenbereich sowie Schlaf- und Badbereich vorhanden. Nur etwas schade für diese an sich schöne Wohnung ist, dass die Einrichtung doch teilweise in die Jahre gekommen ist bzw. Geschirr und Spülmaschine nicht sauber sind, auch Gläser für 6 Personen nicht ausreichend sind und fehlen. TV gibt es zwar, aber nur in Miniformat und ohne jegliche Sender mit deutscher Sprache.

Im Schlafzimmer an der Nachttischlampe hängt ein blankes Kabel, ohne Stecker, also höchste Gefahr, nicht nur für die Kinder. Parkplätze sind zwar für 7 - 8 Autos vorhanden (wir waren 7 Tage alleine im gesamten Haus) diese waren aber zumeist belegt von anderen, fremden Autos aus der Umgebung. So waren wir oft gezwungen, weit entfernt unser Auto zu parken. Außerdem- auf dem Parkplatzgelände sind mitten auf der Zufahrt große, lose Betonsteine und hochstehende metallische Abflussrinnen, die Reifenschäden verursachen können und eine große Sturzgefahr für Gäste bedeuten. Zusammengefasst komme ich zu dem Ergebnis, dass Booking.com bzw. der Vermieter dieser Wohnung nicht mit der Bewertung von 4 Punkten oder 4 Sternen anbieten sollte. Ich betone noch einmal, es ist schade um diese Wohnung mit dieser wunderschönen Lage, aber Aussicht und Ausstattung passen nicht zusammen. Mit wenig Geld zur Aufhübschung könnte man zufriedenere Gäste erreichen. Dies als Hinweis zum Management. Mit freundlichem Gruß aus Neudorf / Wolfgang

Excelente ubicación, en un pueblo muy bonito, se accede bien al centro (por calles empinadas y escaleras). Apartamento exterior, Vistas espectaculares al lago. Gran terraza. Dispone de parking. Fundamental si viajas con coche. Y tiene ascensor que lleva directamente al apartamento. En líneas generales cómodo para pasar unos días. Sería un alojamiento de 10 si tuviera un mantenimiento apropiado.

Falta de mantenimiento. El desagüe del fregadero estaba roto y salía agua por debajo de los muebles. Uno de nuestros niños se resbaló en ese charco y se cayó. El lavavajillas hacía un ruido horrible. Uno de los sofás para tirarlo a la basura, imposible usarlo de cama. Escasa limpieza, muchas telarañas en los techos, y el baño daba aspecto de suciedad, principalmente en las juntas de la ducha. Habíamos reservado para 7 personas y a nuestra llegada solo estaban preparadas con sábanas 2 camas de matrimonio. Falta menaje de cocina. Y vendrían muy bien unos banquitos altos para aprovechar la barra de la cocina. Nula iluminación exterior para la noche (imposible cenar fuera) y la de la casa es escasa. Las bombillas estaban estropeadas o directamente desconectadas. En definitiva, el apartamento sería de 10 con un poco de cariño.

The apartments are in disgusting condition and can be dangerous. Everything that can break is broken. Dirt mixed with grease in the kitchen, in the rooms in the corners of the rooms there is dust a finger thick, in the shower room there is fungus. The dishwasher screams and leaks. Teflon dishes all wiped to aluminum, knives are dull, cutlery broken. There is no hot water periodically. The skirting board from the door fell on my daughter. If you do stop by - be careful not to stairs - two steps are not fixed to the wall and can break off under a heavy traveler.
