Nothing to like the guest house was locked up So we were unable to book in

The booking cost £140 when we arrived at the guest House it was in darkness and closed we tried to contact the owners by phone messages and email with no response at 10pm We looked for another hotel that was £110 this is a scam guest house DO NOT BOOK this guest house unless you want to lose your money. Booking.com have offered me a refund of £40 what a joke thank you for a crap weekend

"Really nice hotel."

Clean hotel, nice staff was everything I needed for my holiday.

Isn't a don't like but I thought it was a bed and breakfast. But that wasn't too much of an issue.

"Great, upmarket but inexpensive choice"

I've seen some reviews to the effect that this hotel is closed. Nothing could be further from the truth - it is very much alive and kicking ! Rooms were great and the hotel in a fantastic location for central Bridlington, but just far enough away to make it a quiter location for the discerning sea-side visitor. They don't do breakfast but if you walk to the Premier Inn a few minutes away you can get breakfast and for two under 16s, it will be free. Recommended

"Will not be using this hotel again"

Location

Difficulty gaining access to property- when finally gained access was told that there was only 1 room left and the room we had paid for had been booked 3 times over for the weekend . The system to park wasnt working so cost £20 for a local carpark . Paid for a king size room and got 2 single beds - safe to say we will not be using this hotel again ! They had no confirmation of our booking but we had numerous emails confirming the booking .
