Location, staff

Curtain falling off rail in room 5. Nowhere to put products in shower. No towel hanger near sink. Repeating booming noise at 7.45am onwards - either heating or air con system - awful. Rats on bins outside window and broken furniture outside window. Gardens need attention. Fag ends all outside front door - put an ashtray.

Very welcoming and friendly staff on the whole. Bed v comfy. Good shower pressure. Location virtually on the beach. Decent breakfast.

Be careful in room 4 - overlooked entrance but no net curtain! Far too many chips served with grilled dinner dishes, and all 5 of our party found them too salty.
