"Girls weekend away with mum turned out to be time in which we stayed out of the hotel because of the shocking accommoda"

Location and the staff

The apartment had so many faults , broken telephone , leaking shower , no aircon in the guest room , broken lampshades and lighting was terrible . Definitely not value for money at apartment 1408

The staff were very professional and efficient. From the moment I parked my car outside the hotel, everything was taken care of. Fast check in, helpful front desk and the porters were on point with our luggage. The apartment was so spacious and more than catered for our needs. Was spotless and very comfortable. Location of the hotel is awesome. A 400m walk to Bo Kaap, safe to walk around, lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity. Will definitely come back again...
