Hotel Gray in Boracay

The room was beautifully clean. It’s like separated apartments with the terrace give a more privacy feeling.

The stream of water in the shower it was a little bit slow.

Für uns eine sehr gute Lage, direkt am Beach 3, der uns am besten gefallen hat. Der Balkon war ein schöner Rückzugsort zum Entspannen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet, aber dies war für uns und für ein paar Tage am Meer völlig ausreichend. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Insgesamt eine angenehme Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

The room service kept it very clean. The location was great. Station 3 is the best, but you are walking distance away so you have some peace and quiet. Staff are amazing, one staff got me ice every day after I injured my foot and went out of her way to locate our airport transfer and other helped us to find activities and the best place to do them (do paraw sailing in station 1, and don’t miss it).

The water pressure was minimal and it took a long time for hot water to come through. The mini fridge doesn’t stay cold and therefore sometimes leaked. One time a cockroach ran across the bed, but that may have been our fault for having food in the room. Despite this, pros outweighs cons heavily.

The staffs are helpful and kind.

The hotel is close to the beach. The staff wass very helpful, polite and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. There is a restaurant and shops nearby.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by an incident that was both inconvenient and worrying. One of the ladies in our group sat on a plastic chair on the balcony, and it suddenly broke, causing her to fall. This was the first time the chair had been used since we arrived. She did suffer injuries, though thankfully nothing serious. We were relieved that it didn’t end with broken bones or something worse. We informed the receptionist immediately. Soon after, hotel staff came to the room with a damage price list and told us we had to pay 3,000 PHP for the broken plastic chair, which came as a complete surprise. We refused. Later, we were told we could simply buy the same chair ourselves, which we also declined. The next day, the price suddenly changed to 500 PHP, but we again made it clear that we would not pay anything. The chair was outdoor plastic furniture, constantly exposed to sun, heat, and humidity - conditions that naturally weaken plastic over time. This made us question who is actually responsible for checking that the furniture provided to guests is safe and properly maintained. Eventually, we managed to get the manager’s email address and explained what had happened. The manager replied and apologized for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. Although management later acknowledged the issue, the way it was handled initially raised concerns about guest safety and maintenance practices. We sincerely hope the hotel reviews its safety procedures to avoid similar incidents in the future. One more small suggestion: the rooms would be much more comfortable if there were proper shelves or luggage racks to place suitcases, as this would make the space more practical and organized.

Nice, modern hotel close to the beach, very helpful and friendly staff. Well equipped and without irritating live music

The noise from the streets is well heard, might be an issue if you like to sleep longer in the morning.
