La ubicación es muy cerca de todo. La habitación es mas amplia que otros hoteles en el centro que he visitado, cuenta con tina. Alberca limpia y muy bonita

La ubicación excelente ,el precio también.

En el baño falta una toalla de manos,un tapete en tina y la tele se pueda ver todos los canales y asesoría.

El cuarto cómodo y limpio, con lo necesario.

El aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando bien, se solicitó el servicio y quedó bien. No se me proporcionó la clave del wifi ni el control del televisor hasta que los fui a solicitar.

Si quieres seguir vivo no vallas a este hotel no te arriesgues tiene pésima pésima sus instalaciones No le dan mantenimiento y como es un hotel tan viejo se está cayendo por dentro.luteral.memte Te comparto mi experiencia el estar apunto de morir electrocutado Porque literal se me cayo el techo del baño y cayó el techo y cables.adrmas del susto y femas cosas nadie se quiso hacer responsable En cuestión de seguridad no cumple con los yrotocoloa de protección civil y no tienen personal capacitado De verdad no vallas a hospedarte en este hotel me tono el tiempo de contar mi historia para que no lo viva alguien más y pierda la vida bañándose o con otro accidente por culpa del hotel de tener tanto tiempo sus intalacion sin mantenimiento

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Das Casa del Balam in Mérida kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – direkt im Zentrum von Mérida. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns fehlte eine Minibar im Zimmer, und nachdem wir nachgefragt hatten, wurde diese umgehend bereitgestellt – ein toller Service. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, geräumig und vermitteln das Gefühl, in einem traditionellen mexikanischen Herrenhaus zu wohnen. Das gesamte Hotel hat einen wunderschönen, authentischen Charme, der perfekt zu Mérida passt. Natürlich gibt es aufgrund des tropischen Klimas eine gewisse Luftfeuchtigkeit, und die Klimaanlage war etwas hörbar. Für uns war das jedoch völlig normal und keinesfalls störend. Das Frühstück war nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich jedoch ein Restaurant, in dem man für einen fairen Preis frühstücken kann. Dort gibt es außerdem tagsüber sehr leckere Cocktails und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Insgesamt hat uns das Casa del Balam sehr gut gefallen. Wer ein charmantes, authentisches Hotel mit hervorragender Lage und freundlichem Personal sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Klare Empfehlung!

Central location, friendly staff, amazing structure. Possibility to organise day trips to Chichen Itza, Uxmal, cenotes. I really loved the massage at the spa and the small but cosy pool
