Tuvimos 2 habitaciones. La suite presidencial es espectacular, amplia y súper bien decorada. Nos encantó

La suite standard (nosotros teníamos la 309) era súper pequeña, con un baño ridículo. Muy mal insonorizada, no se podía ventilar porque entraba muchísimo ruido de la calle y por la noche era difícil dormir por el ruido. Estás habitaciones requieren un reforma urgente. Solo volvería si puedo tener una suite presidencial

We chose this hotel based on location and the pictures on booking.com, because I had walked by it on previous trips to Merida. Excellent location between the main plaza and cathedral, and Parque Hidalgo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and you can feel the history in the floors, doors and incredible ceiling height. Our delicious breakfast was included every day, and the staff were committed to seeing that we had the most enjoyable time possible. Merida is one of our favourite cities in the world, and we have found a hotel that makes the trip even more special. The staff were so great, helpful and accommodating. We felt at home. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay even better!

Excelente ubicación, inmejorable el trato del personal, lo agradable de la arquitectura y decoración del edificio. El desayuno exquisito. La comida deliciosa. Nuestro agradecimiento a Daniel, Imad, Jesus, Luis, gerente y demás personal que hicieron posible que nuestra estancia fuera tan agradable . Vinimos desde España y sentimos que estábamos en casa, en familia.

Hotel was very authentic to Merida. Right in the center of Merida close to all amenities.

Of course this is a tourist city so lots of vendors and tour vendors. The rooms are quite smaller than in the Canada due to the building is over 200 years old. We had the presidential suite which was quite large and comfortable.
