This is a very old house so the rooms are small but it is nicelly decorated are it was lovely to end a day sitting in the garden Wz would stay again

In het centrum van Merida, dus goede locatie. De binnen cour van het hotel is mooi. Personeel heel vriendelijk, in het bijzonder de Italiaanse ober. Bed was goed . airco en ventilator aanwezig

Piep kleine badkamer zonder enige ruimte om je spullen neer te leggen. Kamer aan de kleine kant en was zeker aan verfrissing toe. Ontbijt niet lekker ( smakeloze toasts en confituur, wat vers jus d'orange moest zijn kwam rechtstreeks uit een fles) . Hotel gaf een smoezelig indruk en was zeer lawaaiig. Jonaangenam javek geur in het trappenhuis en op de gangen. Geen lift .

Great breakfast included with lots of variety. The bed was very comfy, the AC worked really well, and the TV was big and worked well. Suuuuuper central location next to plaza grande.

The room faced the street where it was very loud with music from restaurants nearby. This was really unbearable 3/5 nights. Then there was a wedding and a birthday party at the hotel which had music really loud from the inside of the building. The first night there was also no water for 2 hours, due to a water leak. This is not a crazy thing to happen in Mexico but after a long travel it was really inconvenient to not be able to shower, especially given how much the hotel cost.

The staff was wondering and very helpful with drivers to excursions etc. they were always ready to help with a smile. We were on the parade route so we had a fantastic view from our balcony and could watch from above the crowds.

It was sometimes irritating to have the vendors approach every time you stepped out the door

250 years old property! Beautiful hotel, excellent location.
