It was a good stay overall but I must say Room should be cleaned atleast once a day.. dustbin was stinking 2nd day,no one came to clean.there should be atleast one mineral water bottle for tourists as there no nearby shop out side. AC was not working al the time.

Extremely cool place. Clean, hygienic, , good location. Couple friendly. The most important thing is that they take care of their guests even after checkout.

"Decent homestay in north Goa"

As per off season the pricing was decent for the facilities and room for a short stay

An exhaust in the kitchen should have been there. No cupboards.
