Arize You Home

The location was perfekt, not too far from mapusa,vagator,anjuna. Really calm area. The owners were really nice and helpful. The room was top clean, and they offered free cleaning daily. Also special points from The super comfortable bed. Ac works well, kitchen had all what needed to cook food. Refrigerator kept drinks cold. Nothing bad to say. Five stars from my experience.

It's a new property and is located in a very peaceful place. It's a complete value for money for couples and solo travelers. The place also has a good restaurant opp to its property which serves good food. In case you don't plan to go out you can grab a beer and sit in the balcony as it's very peaceful. The best part about the place is that it has a smart TV so you can watch whatever you like. It has a refrigerator, induction, vessels every thing that you would need to make yourself home. Shubhangi the owner is very cooperative and you can count on her for anything you need. The staff Ajad is a very kind guy and will support in the best possible way that he can. Also he is very polite. The place overall is also very safe for anyone who stays there.

There is nothing you won't like about the place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arize you Home and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine smile from the staff, setting the tone for a truly memorable stay.

Unsafe rude host. The guy came to my underage child's face and asked 'What's your name baby?" in a creepy way. He told be to f## off when I asked for my money back so we could leave the property, when it was clear it lacked basic amenities and was not as advertised, aka no wifi, toilet paper, no drinking water, no soap, nothing to clean dishes with. no handtowel. The toilet door was impossible to close. We waited literally for 3 hours for him to bring a bottle of water. In the middle of nowhere. He overcharged the first night because he said the first night costs more! Note this was advertsised as an 'Entire apartment' and it was a single room, a bed, a bench with some cooking and attached toilet - a tiny room, not an apartment. When I checked out the next day he went into the room and damaged a hanger and refused to give me the overpay back. He then even asked me to pay him 15 euros for it! We left running as he kept approaching us in a threatening way and I was scared he would attack me. He had the nerve to then ask that I pay for 7 days through booking.com when we were already staying in another accommodation. Worst experience ever.
