Good clean

It was a cozy place, 15 min from all the places in north goa

Room was very well maintained. And loved the ambiance. Everything shown in the picture and written in description was provided.

There was light cut for while, But it was due to some issue non related to the hotel.

Comfortable stay. 15 mins away from prime tourist locations.

The place was nice and couple friendly for budget travellers with all necessary facilities. It is surrounded by greenery on all sides and main road is on the front of the property.

I stayed for 3 days, I had to ask to get the room cleaned and which happened only once.

The place was decently priced if you are on a budget. The location is good.

- be aware that even though booking.com says free cancellation, the property will ask for an advance for confirming the booking - the rooms are ok, beds and sheets are not comfortable - can't use the ac and geyser or the geyser and fridge at the same time, one of these will get cut off - I hope the place stays safe because the locks provided are of cheap quality - room was on the first floor and the railing on the balcony was broken, anyone could easily fall off

The interior of the place is so well thought out. If you wish to stay in a quaint, typical modern Goan stay this is for you. A perfect cozy place away from home.
